Being fit and feeling fit has always been important to me.

I danced as a child and teaching exericse to music was a natural progression.  I began teaching in the fitness industry in 2000 and went on to train and to teach various fitness disciplines.  

I trained to teach yoga and began teaching this in 2004.

In 2009 I trained with Body Control Pilates to qualify to teach pilates.  

Previous to this I had been recommended by my physiotherapist to do pilates and after feeling relieved of pain I decided I wanted to teach it.   

In 2009 I started with one pilates class.  Over the years the timetable has expanded so that I teach pilates every day except Sunday. 

I practice pilates regularly myself which keeps me strong and mobile and feeling good !
